Brian Serrano has over 15 years of market research experience in the TV and digital advertising industry. He leads business relationships between remote operations teams and TV media clients, and delivers the most current sample insights for major TV networks. Brian is also the Founder of Serrano Investments Inc, a boutique consulting firm that helps small businesses enhance their prospect marketing and grow their revenue. Brian graduated with a BA in English and Creative Writing from Florida State University in 2001, and in December of 2020, Brian graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Master of Business Administration with honors.
Having a strong passion for advocacy and community outreach, Brian served as Chair of the Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council from 2020 – 2024, and has been a member of the Council since April of 2017. He also holds a leadership role as Ambassador of the Tampa Business Club, and he is a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
