Brian is also the Founder of Serrano Investments Inc, a boutique consulting firm that helps small businesses enhance their prospect marketing and grow their revenue. Brian graduated with a BA in English and Creative Writing from Florida State University in 2001, and in December of 2020, Brian graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Master of Business Administration with honors.
Having a strong passion for advocacy and community outreach, Brian served as Chair of the Mayor’s Hispanic Advisory Council from 2020 – 2024, and has been a member of the Council since April of 2017.
