How illustrations inspire kids to read

  • Helen Malone

It has been noticed that kids normally pay more attention and are more interested in the illustration work done in the books rather than written content. This is something I found out too, when I was trying to start my own publishing business and was looking for children’s books illustrators for hire. I researched quite a bit regarding the benefits of illustrations during that time in which I learned that it is the colorful and creative images and pictures that motivate kids to pick up the books. Does illustration also help kids in learning new vocabulary?
